La creatina de HOT BLOOD HARDCORE mejora el rendimiento físico durante breves periodos de ejercicio de alta intensidad. El efecto beneficioso se consigue con una ingesta diaria de 3 g de creatina.
(1) La vitamina B6 y la niacina contribuyen al funcionamiento normal del sistema nervioso. El zinc contribuye al mantenimiento de la función mental normal.
(2) La vitamina C y la vitamina E contribuyen a la protección de las células frente al estrés oxidativo.
(3) El folato, la vitamina B12 y la vitamina A contribuyen al buen funcionamiento del sistema inmunitario. El cromo interviene en el metabolismo normal de los macronutrientes. La biotina interviene en los procesos metabólicos normales de producción de energía.
Uso recomendado
Mezcla 2x1 porción (2x12,5g, 2x 3/4 cacito) de polvo Hot Blood Hardcore con 2x200 ml de agua fría al día. La bebida está ligeramente carbonatada, así que abra el tapón después de 5 segundos al agitar para evitar accidentes. Consume un servicio 30 minutos antes del entrenamiento y otro durante el entrenamiento.
Advertencia
No recomendado para niños y mujeres embarazadas. No tomar con el estómago vacío. No superar la dosis diaria recomendada. Alto contenido en cafeína [150 mg de cafeína por porción (75 mg de cafeína por 100 ml de bebida lista para tomar)]. No debe ser consumido por mujeres embarazadas o en período de lactancia ni por menores de 18 años. No se recomienda el consumo de este producto en caso de afecciones médicas subyacentes conocidas o cuando se esté tomando medicación. No debe consumirse el mismo día que otros productos que contengan té verde o betaína. La ingesta diaria de EGCG [(-)-epigalocatequina-3-galato] no deberá alcanzar o superar los 800 mg al día. El consumo de este producto no sustituye a una dieta variada y equilibrada ni a un estilo de vida saludable.
